The Rowlett Place is a spacious, ranch-style vacation rental home located 5 miles west of Jonesville, Virginia off Highway 58 on Shannon Evans Road (SR 656). It has 2 bedrooms with king beds, 3 full baths, a queen sofa bed, and will sleep 6 comfortably. Linens and towels are provided for our guests.
A fully equipped kitchen awaits you with just about everything you need to prepare your meals or entertain your guests. There is central heat and air conditioning, satellite TV with local programming, a phone for local calls, and a grill for outdoor cooking. There is a washer and dryer should you need it.
Our Fall and Winter guests can take the chill off of cool days by warming up to the gas log fireplace.
Smoking is not permitted in The Rowlett Place.
Pets are allowed but not inside The Rowlett Place. Our guests may take advantage of the covered front porch with gates that can provide a secure area for your pet.
For the golfer in mind, The Rowlett Place fronts the No. 11 Fairway at the Cedar Hill Country Club. The 18-hole golf course is a par 71 with bermuda grass fairways. Cedar Hill offers the most competitive rates in the region.
Rental schedules are flexible and may be available for a weekend, a few days, or a full week based on a two night minimum stay. Longer term rentals may be arranged based on availability.
